1. What is counselling at BSC Inc.?
Life can be tough. We provide you with a place where you are supported
and understood. You are respected and not judged. We focus on your needs
and provide you with tools and skills. We will motivate you, because we
know it can be tough to make changes. We aim to empower you with
increased self-esteem. Our job is to get you back on track.
2. What happens in a counselling session at BSC Inc.?
You will be matched up with a clinician who will take the time to
understand you and the challenge/s you want to overcome. Then, together,
you climb the mountain with a guide to light the path for you and give
you a boost when it is hard for you to take the next step. We plan to
help you get to the top of the mountain.
3. What kind of people go for counselling?
If you are faced with a challenge and you need help to figure it out or
simply stay on track and focused, counselling is a great option. Know
that we are committed to providing you with options. This means that if
counselling is not the best option for you, we will be the first to say
so and suggest better alternatives. We have supported people from all
walks of life, all ages, genders, beliefs and more in a variety of ways.
You are not a client to us...you are a human being who deserves selfless
care and support. We provide you with nothing less.

parenting, and more...Family counselling my be dealing with adoption,
managing challenges like alcohol abuse, coping with a multicultural
family, repairing important family relationships, and more...
5. Is it confidential?
All licensed, governed, registered, and ethical counsellors work to a
professional code of ethics which requires confidentiality. We guarantee
that your private affairs remain confidential during and after our
support barring specific legal and technical exemptions. Our online
privacy policy is the same in that we take stringent measures to the
best of our ability so that your identity, email address, contact
information, and narrative will not be sold, abused, or forwarded to
another party.
6. How do I pay for services?
We have interac with Debit, VISA and Mastercard services as well as
PayPal for local and long-distance services. The majority
of services are covered by various extended health and insurance plans.
